Um...five if you count the Senorita holdling a baby in her arms.
It's Sunday. Past couple of weeks have been a little rough on our little hospital family. Three deaths(all relatives or friends, no employees) , one burst appendix, one scheduled gallbladder removal, two sprained ankles. We will be doing the good health dance as soon as the ankles are feeling less sprained.

there is a profile on top of the fence to the right and near the bird on the left is a faint face if you squint you can make out eyes, a nose and a mouth. I think the picture resolution on my PC may exclude seeing anything else.
Now I can see 5. woo hoo
I'm a dork, I can only see 3 and I simply imagine the rest.
