Turkey Trap

Woke from a dream, setting desert town somewhere, tourists gassing up cars.
Payment involved going inside the gas station. If the tourist did not have
Sufficient funds to pay for the gas, the women were put in a holding device.
The device consisted of a very long plastic stick (20 feet) that holds the persons hands in place
The stick is so long to prevent the person held in it from simply getting in a car
And driving off because it is so big it cannot go inside a car.

One man who looked like (The actor Jim Carey) was demanding that his wife
Be taken out of the turkey trap. One officer was helping him get the turkey trap off and insisted that the man give him the turkey papers. Yeah, he had the turkey papers in their car. (lie)
The officer was suspicious.

Another scene was that of a teenager trying to explain that she was wrongly put in the turkey trap to her parent. Much confusion and histrionics. The BFF wanted to be put in the turkey trap with her and would have if she had ever known about such a thing. She would never let her BFF go through something like that alone.

Then I woke up a 3:45 am and decided to write this down. Jeez!

To dream that you are setting a trap, indicates that you are trying desperately to hold onto a relationship, to some old habits or to your former ways. Alternatively, the dream signifies your readiness to take action.

To dream that you are trapped or caught in a trap, suggests that you are feeling confined and restricted in your job, career, health, or a personal relationship. You may be in a rut and are tired of the same daily monotony.

To dream of a turkey means to have been foolish.

Duh....

So give it the spin you prefer, I say. Retro
