Visitors

Spent a very pleasant Saturday afternoon with family who visited.
They were here to participate in the Pep band for a regional high school basketball tournament.  They drove down from 90 miles north and the other team drove even farther the long way around from near Roseburg because highway 42 was CLOSED this weekend so the engineers could stabilize a rather largish mudslide area.

We got pizza and I gave them a short tour of the build site for the hospital.  They were much impressed, "How big is this thing?"

"Eighteen beds."

"Looks more like a hundred bed hospital."

Hmmm, well we do have a lot of enclosed parking, that might be used as......nahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Thanks for the pizza and the tour of Coquille. New hospital is very impressive, hope you get a nice office. By the way, the Elkton girls lost by a few points, but boys won by 30. On to State.
